The sites shown on this map are where the majority of kitesurfers in Okinawa can be found whenever the wind is blowing- yes, even when they should be at work! Choosing where to go inevitably depends upon the wind direction and state of tide, details of which can be found on the individual kitesurf site pages.
Naturally, there are plenty of other places to kitesurf from around Okinawa, but the sites listed here are generally the most reliable for clean winds and decent launching areas.
