Hey, popped in here and seems like there is no one here. Where are you Jason? Up to your elbows in studies? Sailed back from Hong Kong to Okinawa. We went through a typhoon in the middle between HK, and Taiwan. Almost flipped. Captain and first mate fell overboard. First mate fractured his ribs and 10 hours away from Taiwan. 57 knots wind 7 to 10 metre breaking waves over the boat. Was crazy. Closest to death I have ever been. Caught a 230cm marlin. Dolphins swimming around the boat. Was quite the trip. keep your stick on the ice. Big C out.

I'm still checking in everyday, just have nothing to write about because I'm 6,500km from Okinawa and 140km from the nearest sea!

Jason, Any kiting down under? or is it too cold? Its been BRUTALY hot over here! But luckily, plenty of days to ride for the big kited, or light weighted though! <wink>

Just got back from Bali. Before that Canada. Now hope to keep my ass planted in Okinawa for at least a couple of weeks. I will get the kite up at least a few times while I am back. Been ages. How's Mibaru? Must be good with the post Typhoon winds.
